Use pixel call help, call notes and more to spend less time on phone calls

If you make plenty of calls you can try …

3.. Navigation of call menus with direct my call

Tired of fumbling through automated phone menus? Direct my call shows the menu settings right on your screen so you can navigate with a tap. No more listening to long lists of options – just press and go!

4. Lets grips for me listen to team music to you

Keep for me waiting on the line for you if you have been put on wait. When someone is ready for you, keep to me inform them that you are returning and notifying you that they are ready.

5. Skip the follow -up call or text with call notes

Ring notes replace the need to find a scrap paper and pen to note important details – such as dates, addresses, things you need to follow up on, and the general topics you talked about – from a phone call. It automatically creates the summary of your calls, highlights what you need to know, and creates full prints so you can see the call in its entirety.

Call Notes was built using Gemini Nano and designed to handle the types of conversations that happen on phone calls, so it knows what to add to the note and what probably doesn’t need or the location of a meeting place. To use call notes, just go to the Call Assist menu and turn it on. When you take phone calls, you see a button on your screen screen that allows you to activate call notes for that conversation.

If you simply don’t want to talk then try …

6. Taking only text call with live caption

You can use live image text to “read” and respond to incoming phone calls – it is an incredible accessibility feature for those who are D/deaf, hearing hard or have partial hearing. From your Pixel Accessibility Settings, just turn on the Live image text and the next time you have an incoming phone call, you will have an opportunity to use live caption for the call. A text box and keyboard appear and you will see the word of the call written out. You can write back to answer as the app reads your input aloud to the one who rings. You can even go to Live Captions settings to choose the voice that reads your texts aloud to callers.

7. Use of Call Screen Proposed Answer to Respond In Real Time

Call screen helps you find out who is calling you and why. In your settings, you can choose whether the call screen works automatically or manually.

Call screen works manually by default – you just press “Screen Call” when a call comes through. If it is someone on your contact list, you have the opportunity to use the call screen to ask if the call is urgent by tapping on “Ask if it is urgent.” In either case, you see the call screen transcribe the call live on your screen and give you the opportunity to use answers to interact if you still do not want to or are unable to pick up. And if you have a Pixel 9 or Pixel 9 Pro, you can even turn on AI-run suggested answers for a larger series of answers generated in real time based on what the one who rings says. You can review the audio or transcript following the call tab in your recents.

If you choose to get the call screen work automatically, it will respond to suspicious looking calls to you and ask who is calling and why. You will see a quiet review that says screening is underway and you can press the message to look at the transcription as it is generated to see if you are actually Do will answer. If the call is intended to be likely to be spam, the calling screen ends up polite the call. Non-spam calls call you and you get a summary of what the one who calls said, so you can decide if you want to make the call. If you still do not want to pick up, you can press “Call Me Back” and the calling screen will return to the call and ask the one who calls to try you later. And if you choose this option later, you can always use the call screen again later – because it is entirely up to you how long you play a phone tag.
