When Harris first had the idea for this project, he took a very apropos first step: “I went to Gemini and basically said, ‘I have a really big idea and want to build a strategy’ followed by a very detailed prompt.”

“Harris had the crazy idea,” Keri laughs, referring to the job of buying and connecting with these customers. “Our creative and production team came to work on bringing the idea to life. They started with thousands of workspace customers, and then we gave Gemini some criteria to help us narrow down the list, ”says Harris. They wanted to be sure that they chose a large number of companies, from different places and industries, as well as showcased the many ways they used AI. With Gemini’s help, they narrowed down the list to less than 500 companies and then used AI Studio to build a tool that reviewed and summarized interview reviews so that choosing companies took less than 15 minutes instead of hours.

After connecting to the last 50 customers, the team had only 10 weeks to film. “Obviously, we couldn’t have a production company because we had 50 shots in 50 states!” Harris explains. A crew of 50 – divided into five teams – caught hundreds of hours of footage in all 50 states in just a few weeks.
